 I have just enrolled onto this course!!! Scarey but excited, what have I let myself in for, and what books would be best to help me through? Also anyone els on here just enrolled??

&lt;p&gt;Just be prepared to allocate a good amount of time for revision and assignment writing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The materials provided were very good but I would also recommend you get the following books!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;gt; BSAVA guide to canine and feline emergency and critical care&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;gt; Practical emergency and critical care nursing Paul Aldridge &amp;amp; Louise O&amp;#39;Dwyer&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;gt; Anaesthesia and analgesia for veterinary nurses by Liz welch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However you are given heaps of lists for extra resources to help you along the way!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would also recommend to subscribe to &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Emergency and critical care small talk podcast (ECC small talk) on iTunes..... varied subjects and very informative!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I enrolled last April and I am due to finish my last module in December. The ECC course is very informative and I&amp;#39;ve found it helps me think and do things differently at work. All the BSAVA books have been very handy, especially the ECC one obviously.
