(thats not a dig at the bin men by the way they do a very good job its more of a snipe at our S**T pay scale)

God, my memory is so bad these days I can't remember getting anyone to sign this!!

Like I said though, someone in practice, who knows you or an upstanding member of the community - its going to be the same as a passport application. VNs will qualify as a professional too!

How many doctors will will sign this for free?? How many doctors actually know their patients these days??

And from reading it I reckon it has to be a professional who knows you, ie Doctor. So anyone with a professional qualification.

Anyone, wanna tell me different???

I don't remember getting anything counter-signed but I'm sure anyone could do that its practice & knows you, or an up-standing member of the community - like me!!
