I'm sorry but the only option is to go to the vet...there could be a number of causes for the problem and the only way to find out what is wrong is to get further investigations done at a vet

agree with the above post...take her back and have further investigations

we are not allowed to diagnose so asking us is not advisable (not to mention we don't know all the relevant info)

Hi,

I would highly suggest going back to your vet and tell them the cream hasn't worked. They can then investigate further and try an alternative treatment.
