If you have a combi boiler, it should only be heating the water as and when it&amp;#39;s used. Turning off a few lights and the boiler is an exercise is cost cutting, not cost management - the former will a short-term effect (if any of consequence). Economy drives can work wonders of done properly, but &amp;quot;this and that&amp;quot; (even with heat and light being major expenses) is unlikely to have any major impact.
