Don&amp;#39;t know how practices function on a poor vet:nurse ratio - I was talking to a (vet) friend recently who works 56 hours per week basic +overtime + 1:3 rota (she&amp;#39;s nuts) in a practice with 5 vets and 2 nurses!&amp;nbsp; No wonder the vets have to work so many hours!!!&amp;nbsp; Very inefficient.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
