I would advise checking out or having someone check out quarintine kennels there is loads of awful ones and few good.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am sure there are some people on here who do equine nursing, so may be able to point you in the direction of an equine vet in this country.&lt;/p&gt;
