I did rcvs osces yesterday. It's only one task lol. So I had to apply a dressing to the wound with the melanin. I know it's shiny side up but when I picked it up I held it by the corner

Re: OSCE BANDAGING

Ahhh so glad its not just me !

I got nervous and had a bad case of word vomit . Convinced myself the bandage needed a splint and told the examiner its leg was " mullered ". Followed by singing " if you like it you shoulda' put a bag on it" to the tune of beyonce and lastly comparing parasites to the boyfriends exs.

It was an interesting day

Re: OSCE BANDAGING

corner is definitely fine!

Re: OSCE BANDAGING

I just folded the sticky a bit more Kerry and it fitted in fine. They are wanting to see that you apply the bandage aspectically and not man handling the dressing, so I am sure you will be fine

Re: OSCE BANDAGING

I get my results hopefully in two weeks as the turn around fri my friend was like that last time. If not it will be a month. They always change things though don't they?? I also had to pack an instrument i used a small then medium autoclave bag and fitted in fine but think some other guys used the bigger bag. I assume this will be okay to. God ya just panic when I overthink. I need to stop and await results. When I did my osces 2 years ago I held it at the corner and I passed. It's what I've always done. Hopefully you'll be fine :) When do you get your results?
