Bayer had huge inflatable ones last year as part of the Advocate & Advantix promotion. I'nm sure they will still have some.

There is a company which makes cuddly toy versions of parasites and bugs called www.giantmicrobes.com

They don't have a flea, but do have sarcoptic mange (I have this toy!) rabies, heartworm and a few others which might be of interest. The american version of the site does have fleas, so they may be availble somewhere over here!
