&lt;p&gt;I remember the midwife examining my stomach after I had had the baby, and she said, I can just about touch your backbone&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-3.gif" alt="Surprise" /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-41.gif" alt="Ick!" /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-3.gif" alt="Surprise" /&gt; I do think she was kidding, but she could pretty much shove her fingers into my stomach and they would dissappear into the abyss, as there was no muscle to give any resistance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;but on the other hand i think if someone is going to&amp;nbsp;go on&amp;nbsp;tele with&amp;nbsp;an embarrassing illness&amp;nbsp; they have to be prepared for the fall out, i.e. discussion, possible laughing, as&amp;nbsp;they&amp;nbsp;do have the option to go to their normal docter i.e. with no camera&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;last time i looked the NHS hadn&amp;#39;t&amp;nbsp; collapsed&lt;/p&gt;
