Hello,

Please could I ask for a copy off your tutorial sheet - I will be starting hopefully with a New Student.

I think this would be very helpfull as when the student starts I will have a 1st year and a 3rd year - this would be a lot easier to keep track off what the students are up to.

Hi,

I made up a tutorial sheet, it covers topics discussed, including college, items that require action and the I have separate boxes for what, how, when, where and who then have targets and comment area for both student and clinical coach.

If you PM me your email address I can send it to you and then you could use it and then alter as you feel needed.

I have a tutorial sheet that our training college provide but I think its a bit useless so I tend to ignore their headings and write in whatever I discuss withy students.

Things I normally discuss include how they are getting on in practice, how college is going, how they are progressing with npl evidence, discuss units to open or sign off, plan any demonstrations or assessments, see if targets have been met and then identify any problems they have. At the end we then agree targets to complete before the next tutorial.
