Just looked at my form - my form has max of 37.5hrs and minimum is 15 hours as previously said any over the max or under 15 cannot count. As you correctly say minimum of 60 weeks practical 2100 hours- usually done over 5 days in TP if full time.

As far as I was aware you had to work 35 hours per week and if you worked any less than 15 in a week then whatever you did do that was less than that did not count at all.
