&lt;p&gt;The next time it happens, or indeed, before it does happen, take her to the one side and ask her if she has a problem with you.&amp;nbsp; Tell her also, that you do not appreciate being undermined in front of customers.&amp;nbsp; I would say that will do the trick.&lt;/p&gt;
