&lt;p&gt;Level 3 qualification from CAW, blended learning diploma. 2 weekend seminars and the rest is online learning. &amp;pound;950 (+&amp;pound;105 awarding body fees) and you get an ILM-awarded qualification, and a free year&amp;#39;s membership with VPMA. Course is expected to take 1 year, with assignments based on subjects below.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Planning and allocating work&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Setting team objectives in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Understanding stress management in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Understanding conflict management in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Understanding discipline in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Understanding recruitment and selection of new staff in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Understanding health and safety in the workplace&lt;/p&gt;
