&lt;p&gt;To the best of my knowledge, there is no difference whatsoever, it is just that RVNs are bound by a Code of Conduct / have to do CPD, and LVNs are not / do not. An RVN can be struck off, where an LVN cannot (although for the moment at least, being struck off has little real impact as one can continue to be an LVN after being struck off as an RVN, but I&amp;#39;m sure that will change).&lt;/p&gt;

You just need to use the available resources to argue each side of the case. For revision we did a task where we had various scenarios, then brainstormed all relevant laws etc - it really helps you see the bigger picture.
