Hx of gradual but significant weight loss over a few months and regularly vomiting after food and fluids (megaesophagus had previously been ruled out), &amp;nbsp;and what we found was a &amp;nbsp;large matt of hair &amp;nbsp;almost completely blocking the gut. sizewise we are talking about 5 cm diameter and lengthwise @ 12cm - I have a picture somewhere will see if I can find it.
