Thanks. I have written and compared the models, so I will try and write each case up and then discuss it all and hope thats somewhere along the right track.

I just kind of wrote what was wrong with each one, what we did to diagnose it and treat it and wrote about the roper, Logan and tierny care plan and compared it with Orem! I wrote how I cared for the owners of the terminal ill patient and what kind of follow up help there is (the PDSA have a good leaflet on grief on their website which I used and referenced). I spoke about barrier nursing etc. if I remember rightly this is the one I struggled to get up to the word count on whereas the others I always went way over the word count! I really struggled with this one! Hope that helps!! Feel free to ask anything!!

im not too sure which one you mean? 314 is where you have to find a a minor surgical procedure, a orthopaedic and an abdominal. 315 is a chronic illness, terminal illness and an infective and 316 is critical, emergency and trauma.

so im not sure if there are different ones?
