That's great. There is something called Guaranteed Delivery that comes with insurance, but not sure how much it covers.

Yep I've still got the tubes, I will investigate posting them to you and get you a quote. Think they should come special or recorded delivery as there worth about £270.

If you still have those haematology tubes, we could use them - we have a QBC machine. My practice is in Scotland, but I suppose they're not too heavy.

What a shame that your tubes will only fit those machines! Is your practice a member of Vetcel? You could put a post onto the Vetcel forum to see if anyone on there still uses a VetAutoread?

Hmm yeah.. our machine is a LaserCyte too. Looking at the Idexx website, our models look miles different to the VetAutoread haematology machine (if that's the broken one you have Sarah?).

I'm checking with Idexx, will let you know.

intended use

for veterinary use in hematology tests of canine, feline and equine venous blood with the idexx vetautoread* hematology analyer

so i would guess no
