I am trying really hard to be able to fit into a dress in 4 weeks time. I wont lose the amount I need to before then, but I should be able to lose hopefully a stone in the next 4 weeks.
Basically, I want to tone up as well

Re: Ideas needed for diet

I like quorn mince, and when you make it with bolognese, to me its just the same, I go for texture rather than tase....... cause personally I dont like mince, and only eat it if its with a sauce....ie bolognese or chilli........because I love both of these.
