I've used them plenty of times, they do offer a courier pick up system, never really had any probs, the first practice I worked in was in Blackpool and they would just get any of the couriers to grab our samples on their way back to the lab.

they also now have links to what used to be cambridge specialist labs, which is the lab we send all our hormone testing to

so from me they have a big thumbs up!

Hiya, We use NWL at my new practice i have always used Idexx in the past but NWL seem to be really good, all lab supplies are free and come through NVS order. they are quick with their replys you just need to make sure you catch that evenings post to make sure in lab for the next day. not sure if they offer courier service like idexx but worth looking into, all boxes to send samples are pre paid any way. I like them no complaints here.
