Also if they do require to be re-sit would this not be obvious at the time of getting the results?
I have one very upset student at the moment as she says this was not made

Re: Potters Bar students Sept 2013 start

Thank you for the replys

I have only had to re-sit one but that was because we all failed. Tests in class to make sure we understand the lectures we have done are very informal, and we either mark them ourselves or our neighbour marks them. Nothing is ever said from lecturers on re-sitting. I don't know anyone that has been made to re-sit. but end of units and mocks yes :)

Re: Potters Bar students Sept 2013 start

Its just the tests they do in class to make sure they have understood that lesson

Re: Potters Bar students Sept 2013 start

I am a Potters Bar September start student. If we do not pass end of
unit tests then we do have to re-sit them. This
was information that was given to us at the beginning of the course, although information on when to re-sit is not made very clear. Not sure where they will have the time to re-do though! the 304 end of unit & paper 2 mock is 12th May, and paper 2 exam 4th June!

After
the end of unit test the lecturer will normally go straight into the
lectures and doesn't say much about opportunities to re-sit end of unit
exams. If your student had failed then could she talk to the course
tutor? Hope this helps.

Re: Potters Bar students Sept 2013 start

What do you mean class tests?
