I would really appreciate some input into a problem regarding pay for night duties and weekends. And paid for however long we are there! &lt;p&gt;I would consider your current &amp;#39;total&amp;#39; annual salary (including an annualised (expected) total from the&amp;nbsp;OOH work less the cost of your petrol) and then compare it to your previous practice&amp;#39;s &amp;#39;total&amp;#39; salary. This would also include other benefits such as discounted food, additional paid holiday days, paid CPD allowance&amp;nbsp;etc. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If&amp;nbsp;the annualised total&amp;nbsp;differs to the -ve, then&amp;nbsp;maybe decide to have a positively spun conversation with the boss about it. If it differes to the +ve, perhaps consider not to?&amp;nbsp;I have found that&amp;nbsp;sometimes&amp;nbsp;it looks like I&amp;#39;ve lost out but when I&amp;#39;ve considerd the overall picture,&amp;nbsp;I haven&amp;#39;t...&lt;/p&gt;
