&lt;p&gt;My friend did nursing and travelling and wore her own scrubs. Light, easy to wash out etc etc. Some places loaned her a set. She said that in her experience the charities usually expect you to provide your own&amp;nbsp;PPE but private practices&amp;nbsp;ususally have a spare set somewhere, (even if not your size;&amp;nbsp;although if you are not an &amp;#39;average build&amp;#39; this might be a risky punt!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s a lateral thought... see if you can order some scrubs on the internet and put the delivery address as the one you will be travelling to. That way they will be there when you arrive...???&lt;/p&gt;
