Or replacement cards for first and second vaccs (1st vacc done by Vet)

&lt;p&gt;It is basically to do with if it is a RECORD CARD or CERTIFICATE. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If a record card then RVN&amp;#39;s VN&amp;#39;s and probably anyone with permission can sign to say the vaccine was given on the date it was given. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If it is a certificate then it has to be the vet.&lt;/p&gt;
