I run the Locate out of hours for microchipped pets on Anibase, you will probably have done all this ,but the advice I give to owners is firstly to check that all of your contact details behind the microchip are up to date, if you have not been called it usually means that he has been a bit nosey and got himself stuck in somebodys shed or outbuilding, make sure you ask your neighbours, people living opposite or behind you if you can personally check their outbuildings, trapped cats become scaredy cats and can stay hidden. One thing we have noted is that cats very often return exactly a week after they go missing, this is because we are a habitual nation and often do things weekly, so whatever someone did last wednesday they hopefully will do tomorrow and he will make his escape. Bin / recycle day is a classic for nosey cats.

Hope you find him soon, if his microchip is on Anibase PM me and I will happily check anything we have on the records.

Re: Very Special Missing Cat - please share x

Aww, really hope he finds his way back to you soon x

Re: Very Special Missing Cat - please share x

I'm not in your area - but have a few friends who are so will pass this along.
