 But what travel insurance have people used to cover them working in general small animal vet practice in say oz or nz?

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m an NZ vet nurse (loccumed a bit in the UK previously).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Travel insurance and work related injuries in NZ are dealt with a bit differently that in other countries. In NZ, we have ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) that automatically cover you for medical costs and loss of wages dur to work related injuries. It is&amp;nbsp;essentially&amp;nbsp;automatic work insurance provided to anyone legally working in NZ. The levies are paid automatically to ACC through your employer. I&amp;#39;ve attached an ACC handout below that will hopefully explain things a bit better, so you shouldn&amp;#39;t need anything more than regular travel insurance (of course though - don&amp;#39;t take my word - double check everything).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
