Can anyone tell me if they have insurance as a locum VN? Or are we covered under the employers insurance

&lt;p&gt;If you are a locum who is on the payroll then you are considered to be an employee and may have cover under the employers insurance.(but check with employer and agency) If you are a locum who is sorting out their own income tax and NI then you are also taking responsibility for finding your own insurance. If you use an umbrella company for tax and NI they may also sort out your liability insurance ( but again check with umbrella company).
