I am sorry about that; I will definitely get that sorted. (Most of the interest has been towards January and June start, which is why March was pulled originally.)

My boss is encouraging me and thinks starting with Level 3 would be good to start with. I have just missed out on the CAW course and next one isn't until June. Are you a head nurse then|? Which level are you doing? I will have a look at those links. Thanks :-)

I just started this course with CAW, it's really interesting and can tell it's going to be very helpful. Only thing I would say is carefully consider the level 5, as the course material may benefit you more.

Hi The National Extension College ( www.nec.ac.uk ) offer it as a distance learning programme, various levels too. Have you tried your local tech college? :-)

Thanks for your replies. Yes Mark I have been in touch with CAW but it seems their course only starts in June missed the January one. Does anyone know of any other companies running it sooner. Also what's the work involved like? Thanks

I did level 2 team leading and Level 3 Frontline Management really enjoyed it - even all the role play.
