We did an onswitch course on reception/consult skills last yr and that was brilliant for building the confidence of our younger less experienced team members. Might be worth a look? X

personal, professional, both?? really depends on what you are wanting ? confidence in yourself will help with confidence in your work. There are a number of workshops I can think of depending on what area of the country you are in and what your requirements are - but I am not sure of any that will count as cpd hours?
