maybe the email replaces the receipt that has previously been posted out? I am pretty sure I have read that vn council voted to discontinue the annual registration card? and this was attached to your receipt. Maybe the idea is to just print off your email when you get it?

I got my confirmation email of payment last week.

I've had the email to say they have received my payment but not heard anything since. It's quite normal for the RCVS to take your money and then make you wait ages for what you've paid for

Had an email to say that card payment received and processed but nothing since. I hope the delay is only due to Christmas post.
