I heard of Populus. They sent me a CV for a job that we was advertising for, called me endlessly. Only to tell me once I called them back that the CV was sent for a different position that was advertised! They wanted to recruit the person for my job, they asked if there was any ley-way in recruiting for the senior position!!!

Cant say I was impressed, or that I will be using them for any future recruitment. All very shady.

i had the same thing this week but from Populus consultants- not heard of them either...

Very odd. Im not looking for work so not going to follow up!! But may persevere to see if they ask me for money etc.

havnt heard of the agency - and as far as I know I havent been called by them yet (but did have 3 missed calls from unknown number during the day). The name does ring a bell tho? I am almost certain I have spoken to someone surname French @ rig in the past

you're the 2nd person I've heard who has been contacted by this person/company, what was the number they rang from as I had a missed call today and am now wondering if it was them
