I tried to send a private message but your account doesn't seem to accept them - I didn't want to look like I was trying to advertise for free. http://www.caw.ac.uk/courses/vn/vcadl2.aspx is CAW's Veterinary Care Assistant course; it's animal care, handling, and support in a veterinary setting. If your receptionist is looking to take a more hands on role in practice, this course might suit her very well. It's online, but has a significant practical element in it, some assignments and tests as well. Takes about a year. Happy to answer questions if you'd like to know more.
