We have the same problem at my practice, we have two students who started in September who still don't have a log in. Their college told them they might be lucky to get it before Christmas but the new year looks more likely! It's so frustrating! The college did say they could backdate unusual cases though even if it is over the 2 weeks windows, I don't know how much of this is true though...

My student got her log in on Friday.

Sorry I know this is an old thread, but its the same problem! I started college the first week in September, and my enrolment forms were sent 2 weeks before that, but still no log-in! Anyone else have the same issue?

I have read your posts and had a chat with our VN team to see what the problem is here.

Many apologies to those who have experienced delays with NPL enrolment, we appreciate it must be very frustrating.

We have been a little short-staffed in the VN Department recently and, in addition, we had an exceptionally high number of exam passes in August, which meant that resources focused on ensuring that these newly-qualified VNs could join us in October for their registration ceremonies – we had nearly 90 nurses attend, a record number.

This has meant that NPL enrolments received in September and at the beginning of Oct were subject to some delays, and, for a short period, we fell outside of our four-week turnaround target for enrolments.

We realise this is not acceptable, and we are now back up to speed – despite some compounding IT issues – and are tackling resources to ensure we can clear the backlog as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, if you have been waiting for NPL enrolment to be completed for more than a month, please contact us on vetnursing@rcvs.org.uk. In some cases, there have been delays at centres, due to incorrect or incomplete information being sent to us, but we can check the status of your application on our system.

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused by the delays.

I started september and got log 2nd week october almost 2 weeks into our placements.

I started college in the October and didn't get my login until march which is ridiculous, it got to the point where I was on the phone to rcvs every few days chasing them! I hope your student gets her login soon as I know how frustrating it is! Ceri x

I got mine 2 weeks ago, some students on my course still don't have theirs.

College say it's a problem at RCVS end, but no-one seems to really know what's going on tbh.
