I'm with a union but mine is human healthcare related as that's my main job these days, mine is with the Society of Radiographers. You may want to contact unison you minght be eligble to join http://www.unison.org.uk/for-members/joining-unison/

Hi The bvna said they will give us free legal advice but if you had a disiplinary in work there's no one to come out and represent you they said you will need a union for that.. Unite are supposed to be good it's 12.00 pounds a month but I'm getting more info from them and wondering if we should have one? I'm not sure if anyone else is with a union as there hasn't been much response to the post Xxxx

I always thought the BVNA was a union... you learn something new every day lol

Any suggestions what union you would use then?

Is the BVNA a union? I know they give advice regarding problems at work etc
