 please could you help settle a debate? 
 are we supposed to log vetergesic use in practice?

We keep a very basic log- what arrives into the practice and what is moved up from the safe to locked drug cupboard so we always have a log of what is in the safe and can see if we have a big, unusual jump in usage.
