Not sure whether to look elsewhere etc . . In my permanent qualified position I was earning  were $20 per hour, which is minimum for the industry. So as a locum u might be looking $25 maybe? Altho I know transferring money too and from oz to uk is expensive so bear that in mind too... And altho they are trying to raise standards, nurses do not do as much over there as they do here. Good luck tho...
