Is it really a requirement to work in refferal hospitals ? Or are there other courses that you can do

I loved it, an amazing opportunity to study without all the pressure you have when qualifying as a VN. I'd been in practice for 10 years when I started the DipAVN, and it totally expanded the way I nurse and the way I think. The only problem I had was that once I had my DipAVN I wanted to use the skills I'd learnt, which you'd probably have to go to a referral practice to do!
