Numbness would be nice then it wouldn't hurt. So no luck there or is that bad luck ermm No feet cold as usually are sort of like they have been sitting in
buckets of ice as my husband frequently informs me and no obvious
swelling.

Will try the stretch idea am trying to avoid anything like freeze spray or cold water though thanks Heather due to my body reaction to cold. Major Body Shock

l microwave bowl's of icecream and salads l so hate cold and warm cheese up as well. Put it this way if it is cold or out of a fridge it gets nuked

Re: Foot Help

sounds like you might have pinched a nerve somewhere. can you do some stretching with it? I know it will hurt but the more you can do the better. don't soak it in hot water. take an antiinflam if it's hot to the touch but not necessarily swollen. can you feel all of your toes to the tips? if you have any numbness I would go to the A&E Caro. There are so many tiny bones in the foot as i'm sure you know and you can do a lot of damage with just a little knock.

Re: Foot Help

I dont know what to suggest really- would any of that back freeze gel/spray help I wonder.
