 Does anyone have any handouts they give to their clients explaining that you are not there 24 hours but back and for checking the animals.

&lt;p&gt;We have laminated sheets at every branch explaining who our OOH provider is and how to get there. We display this beside our opening hours. This is also on our website and newsletters stating that we have inpatient facilities on site with staff 24/7 but do not do our own OOH. &lt;/p&gt;
