Think my scales are broken

Was 13 stone 3 last sunday and Im 13 stone 7 today. Ive been bad but not bad enough to put 4 pounds on in 6 days

[/quote]

hey dont worry about it, when you weigh yourself make sures you cover the variables, i.e. wear the same clothes (i used to wear a studded belt on and off and it weighed two pounds!!, or weigh yourself in the morning as soon as you get up so no meals or excessive water is corrupting the result (very scientific i know but i drink gallons a day so my weight always differs through the day) and dont worry ive put on 4 pounds in two weeks just sat at home so your not the only one thats why i kick started this forum on here

good luck!!

Re: Weekly Weigh-in's (Friday)

Think my scales are broken
