Oh yeah! Some of the best nurses I know didn't pass first time!

I'm going for resit in November not September as I'm afraid I have to go and sit on a beach/by the pool in Rhodes! Gonna chill for a bit then refocus.

Oh! haha read your post wrong.

Feeling alright overall. Get short periods when I get a bit down but I snap out of it fairly quickly.

We can do this and we'll be better nurses for it! If we're in myerscough on the same day, come over and say hi :) blue and green urban scrubs, short brown hair, panicked look on face lol

I did pass my driving test second time round....9 years ago!! lol

Hope you're feeling ok about not passing(this time!), it's mostly sank in with me now and I feel positive about going in for the second attempt x

Got the feedback from my college and I've been failed on things that I definitely did and remember discussing with the examiners.

I was always told if you could find written evidence in a textbook to back up what you feel you should have passed on then you can appeal it. My friend tried to appeal her mark which was also similar to yours but they didn't do anything about it :( really hope you can appeal and good luck for next time, i'm sure you'll ace it :) x

The pass mark varied between 80 and 89% depending on the station. I passed 7 but on the 8th I got the key step but failed on the other steps. Needed 88% and I got 85%.

So sorry to hear this! I've never personally had any experience with appealing but I have heard of one person whos appeal was successful so its worth a shot. What was the pass % then? Abi Xx

You'll get your driving test :) I got mine on the 2nd go. Just a thought, was the lack already assembled when you entered the station?

I mentioned on the day and mentioned the heat in the rooms. Not fun when you already have a fever.

So sorry to hear you didn't pass...I didn't either Gutted.

Not sure about appealing, did you mention to the head examiner on the day that you weren't well? I think if you mention any probs on the day then you have a much better chance of having something happen with your appeal..that was my understanding.

Chin up though, there'll be another chance x
