corse you can lucy if you look in the forums, down far enough the thread will be there called weekly weigh-in (fridays) il prolly bring it back up in a min as i havent weighed myself today

hehehe Heather! All the more excuse to have some tlc on those hands!! Though I dont think a girly manicure would go down too well with the lambing hehe!! Best to treat yourself when it is all finished - that should be your reward from hubby!!

I'll join in!!! Was weighing myself every tues but fell out of the habit and slipped with my eating habits the past couple of weeks whilst my nan has been ill and passed away so now i need to get back on track. I'll be on here tomorrow with my weight!

I have my dance keep fit class tonight so going with a friend and out for tea afterwards. I will be weighed tonight at the class!!

well you can start tomorrow if you want as its friday tomorrow, i was 10st 7 1/2, last friday (heaviest ive ever been) and my goal is 9 st so we'll see what the scales say tomorrow
