I have a full time perm job as a HVN, and I have recently started doing some extra Vets Now shifts of which they tax me 20%, does anyone know if I will end up receiving a tax bill at the end of the financial year saying I owe them money?

Provided you are not a higher rate tax payer (or the vets now job doesn't put you into this bracket) and that there are no other taxation related issues, then you won't have any more tax to pay.
