I'm just doing my clinical coach stuff and became a head nurse last year so would be interested if you find anything.

You could try this one, just really explains what is expected of you. Not sure if it has much on understanding the business though, i find a lot of it is learn as you go, but if you've been offered a head nurse position then they obviously think you are more than capable of handling the role.
