Only just registered with vetnurse hence delay in reply.

Intervet Schering Plough run a perfection receptionists day cpd. Both of my receptionists say it is very good.

I seem to remember there being a CPD training book for the year a couple of months ago in the VNTimes. There was a receptionist course in there, a couple actually if I remember correctly. Maybe contact the VNTimes and see if they can give you more information about it?

I think Vetcel are doing a receptionist training day. I don't know if it's gone past yet, but you should check out they're website.

When I done my second year in nursing - quite some time ago we had a really good lecture one day with fab notes. I will happily pass these on if anyone wants them. Surely this is still taught as part of the VN syllabus?

Schering plough, used to do them, dont know if they still do or not, as this was a long time ago.
