I've just had the longest phone call going through everything an owner has read online and clarifying what is really applicable in his dog. gah!!
however I've decided the best thing to do is give them

Re: 'i've been looking online.........'
I used to laugh when she said that, as clients never really knew how to respond, i have used similar lines myself and found that it can be pretty effective. The whole but the breeder said one though - argh that drives me crazy

Re: 'i've been looking online.........' I would have added the link but it's not working. An icatcare (what was fab) for dogs would be great but I don't think a direct comparison exists, not that I've found anyway. I agree with you, they will look regardless of the pitfalls we are aware of and advise them of so good reliable advice is best.
Another aaah for me is 'the breeder said!' Oh the power of the breeder!
