Oh i had a fab time! We were there for Coleraine show. Had a nosey at some farms in Kells too as i recall.

Went to my sister and bro in laws house for tea last night...my bro in law cooked and made 3 very yummy currys (he is a very good cook mmmmmm), one was sweet potato & lentil, one was chicken with green peppers and basil, the other was chicken in a tomato sauce mmmmmmm ate far too much...there goes the diet!!!

Oh, now thats something I havent had enough of lately- curry!!!!!!!!!! My particular fave is a passanda! With an onion baghee and peshwari nan! Honestly I could eat that right now!!!!!!!!!

I think I just love food!!!!!!!

I absolutely adore currys the best one being tikka masala but if im being really naughty and as regards to something sweet i love vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce on and flake sprinkled on top,soooo nice but must watch the teeth!!!

Soda scones (or is it cake/bread?)!!!!!!!! I remember eating very well on my trip to Ballymena years ago. I dont think I have ever consumed so much tea in so little time!!!!!!!

OOOOh i second that!!! with fresh milk from the dairy farm and a big cuppa tea!! i love white puds. I can't seem to find it here!!!

My mum used to do lovely stuffed heart but she never wrote down the receipe. So I have not had them in over 15 years. So you talking about hearts brings back happy memories. Can I have a copy of your receipe Sal?

I tried haggis a couple of times - first time I enjoyed it but the second time was very disappointed - it seemed to be quite 'rubbery' and lacking in taste. I suppose it depends who made it?

I quite like heart if it is done properly - Hearts stuffed with mushrooms and onions and braised in red wine are absolutely , and I used to do a good steamed steak and kidney puddin minus the steak (substitute with ox heart) everybody used to eat it with no complaints and even had seconds until they found out the steak wasnt steak.

Incidentally, dinner tonight is spuds, bacon, cabbage with lashings of butter on spuds

I love Haggis, unfortunately it does not love me, i get really bad heart burn with it, but i still eat it, i just chuck some gaviscon down my neck afterwards. Honestly it is really nice

they add spices etc to it as well, its nice and spicy, and done properly they cook it in a sheeps stomach or was it intestines??? .Though the ones in the supermarket are wrapped in plastic.
