I,m wondering what is the pros and cons are of both.

I found the block much more effective for my leaning style, I learnt better concentrating on a few topics at
Once per block and revising when back at work. I was also getting paid to learn and do the same job, and also found it easier relating topics to patients in practice... Ie, diabetes, could think of a recent patient and their clinical signs etc. I would definitely advise
