Stick it out, You would only regret it if they do give a bad reference.

The being left out part is not nice. I remember being on placement and it was coming to the end and I had the your leaving so you don't need to be involved. The funny thing is I stayed longer than two other members of staff who had been involved!

Good luck for the future and hope you settle well in our new job.

I agree with Laura, keep your head held high. I am sure we have all been there at sometime during our nursing careers, I know I have - my 4 week notice period in my previous practice was horrible, you find your self excluded from conversations, comments like "well we are going to do this - oh hang on a minute it doesn't matter to you as you are leaving" - yeah I know exactly how you are feeling.

Saying that, I have the same feeling about the practice I am in now and I haven't found anything to move on to yet

3 days......stick it out for many reasons. Things have a habit of coming back to bite you in the bum, you never know when you might need this practice for something. Smile, keep it sweet and leave with your head held high and try your best not to diss them to your new colleagues as much as you might want to.
