I've read varying reviews of good and bad but thought I would ask fellow VNs what they thought.

It left me feeling rather sad. Certainly the larger animals had very limited space and sterile environments. The "education" side of things was basic, with notices about the animals just really aimed at children.

Re: London Zoo

Having worked at London Zoo as a saturday helper over 20 years ago, I would visit to see how it had changed. I know that there are good and bad parts to the zoo and the main reasons for this are that quite a few of the buildings ( animal accomodation) are listed buildings and the restriction of space ( they have no place to expand to). I would like to see any improvements they have made over the years.

But going to the zoo would also depend on how long i was going to be in London, if i was there only for a couple of days I probably not go.
