If the driver who hit you undertook a car, then I would def say she is liable, I think you can actually get done for undertaking.... I might be wrong though

If it costs more then its worth to repair they wont!! I have brought back my write off for £100. They were going to give me a £1000 so brought it back got £900 got it fixed for £300 and treated myself with the rest lol!!!

well, after spending the weekend trying not to be miserable, i am back on the buses i forgot how much fun it was taking an hour and half to get to work.

finally heard back from insurance, they dont think i am at fault which is always good, but now they want to take my poor car off me and scrap it and i wont even know how much money ill get till after

bearing in mind that i can get it all fixed for a couple of hundred quid, i think not , the parts will arrive this week and hopefully will be back on the road in a few weeks. i dont really understand the insurance company, they would rather scrap a relativly ok car and have to pay out rather than just spending a little bit.

strange, strange world, i think everyone is just too used to throwing stuff away.

Oh rubbish how horrible for you ...I hope your not too sore today, if you are get thee to a doctor (dunno how easy that is on a bank hol??) as whiplash can be nasty

I hope you manage to sort it all out quickly and stress free, i had a nasty accident 18months ago and it nearly ended up going to court as the other driver decided to lie through her teeth, i hope it doesn't come to it with you but if there's questions about liability send me a message as i had a fab solicitor who gave me some really good advice which i can pass on

id be exactly the same!! my cars an old 106 peugeot but i still love it to pieces would be gutted if someone banged it as its not worth much money wise but is worth millions to me as it gets me everywhere hugs for you!

what car is yours? and is she liable, coz she should be!!
